Kain Dastar (40×40)
This beautifully hand-woven Kain Dastar is indigenous to the Iranun and Bajau communities of the District of Kota Belud, Sabah. Kain Dastar is traditionally worn as “Sigah’ (or ‘Sigar’) as ceremonial headgear by the ethnics communities of Sabah. This particular piece is specially commissioned and hand-woven by renowned master-weaver Hajah Pandian Sulaiman of Kg. Rampayan Laut, Kota Belud.
